PAPERS HOME PAGE
This paper discusses grace or unmerited flavor from God to His Christians. Grace
is getting from God a gift that we do not deserve. God gives the gift of grace
to whoever He wishes & only gives kindness (not grace) to the unbeliever.
All scriptures are from the King James' version Bible.
INDUCTIVE COMMENTS:
THEME:
GRACE IS A GIFT FROM GOD: God grace by gift of Jesus grace to
Christians by a measure of faith He called us not according to our works but
His own purpose & grace given before world.
Romans 5:15 "But not as the offence, so also <is> the free gift.
For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God,
and the gift by grace, <which is> by one man, Jesus
Christ, hath abounded unto many"Jesus is the
source of grace given as a gift to the Christian.
Romans 12:3 "For I say, through
the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not
to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think
soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of
faith." God dealt measure of faith.
1 Corinthians 1:4 "I thank
my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you
by Jesus Christ;" Grace come from Jesus as a
gift.
Ephesians 4:7 "But unto
every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the
gift of Christ." The Christian is given a measured gift of grace.
2 Timothy 1:9 "Who hath saved
us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to
our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which
was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began," Grace given to
God's Christians before world began.
PURPOSE:
COMPARE - OFFENSE (SIN) LEADING TO DEATH &
GIFT OF GRACE TO LIFE: Sin by Adam
lead to death & the grace of gift of righteousness by Jesus life &
ministry lead to life.
Romans 5:15-21 "But not as
the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of
one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by
grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath
abounded unto many. {16} And not as it was by
one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was
by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences
unto justification. {17} or if by one man's offence death reigned by one;
much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of
righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) {18}
Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to
condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon
all men unto justification of life. {19} For as by
one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one
shall many be made righteous. {20} Moreover the law entered, that the
offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more
abound: {21} That as sin hath reigned unto
death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life
by Jesus Christ our Lord." Gift of grace vs. law
God's grace makes us what we are and what we will be. We still need to labor
with God's help so the grace will not be vain.
1 Corinthians 15:10
"But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace
which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I,
but the grace of God which was with me." God's grace within
the Christian drives him to labor for God.

WHY:
THE CHRISTIAN'S RELATIONSHIP OF GRACE OR SIN

was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is
preferred before me: for he was before me. {16} And of
his fulness have all we received, and grace
for grace. {17} For the law was given by Moses,
but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ." The
Old Testament saint had only a partial grace. Jesus is the fullness of the
grace of God.

as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye
receive not the grace of God in vain."God is blessing, but the
