Bulldog, AKC# __________________, microchip #_____________________is to be sold to, __________________________________ and buyer’s will have 5 days to have the dog evaluated by a veterinarian at their expense. If any health problems are discovered, buyer must notify the sellers immediately. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed related minor condition, or any condition that could go away or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of, is not covered. If the dog is then found to NOT be in good health, seller will resume possession of the dog and refund the buyers the purchase price of $_____________.
Dog is being sold on □ full registration (with breeding rights), or □ limited registration and WILL NEVER be bred, or buyer’s will pay seller’s $5000, for each time used for breeding.
After this 5 day period, the dog will be guaranteed until the dog is one year old against any life threatening disorders, that are NOT injury related, such as, but not limited to heart, liver or lung conditions. Any records of such condition will be verified by the seller’s veterinarian. Upon satisfactory verification from the seller’s veterinarian, the dog will be replaced, no refund will be given. Heat stroke, heat exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are NOT covered in any way.
Purchase price is, due upon the signing of this agreement.
All expenses for this bulldog, such as, but not limited to vet care, breeding expenses (if applicable), and maintenance, will be the responsibility of you, the new owners. Buyers agree to give this dog the proper physical and emotional care and welfare. If the dog is found to be abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions, the sellers have all the rights to repossession of this dog, with no refund to the buyers.
You the new owners, agree that this dog and/or any off spring from this dog will NOT be offered for sale to ANY pet shop, pet brokers, pet parlors, humane organizations, sold or listed for sale at any auction, or to anyone that is suspended from the American Kennel Club. Also, this dog is not to be used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm or other mass producing operation. The owner of this dog shall immediately PAY a penalty of $2500 to the breeders for each puppy or adult offered in breach of this condition.
Breeders request to be notified if this dog is sold or re-homed.
This contract is legal and may be enforced by legal means at the buyer’s expense and all disputes will be settled in Missouri.
