Well after struggling over sell or keep my beloved Scooby the time has come for me to move on. This is the best car I have ever owned; I’ve had BMWs Porsche 914 and many other including Hondas, Mazda turbo and so on. The AWD is awesome and power/torque from the 2.5 is plenty. I bought the car new in April of 2000 it’s a 10/99 production date, it’s a Silverthorne 5 Spd Just rolled 34K miles. I am a car freak and take car care to the extreme. This car was put on Mobile1 at 1100 miles and has never had any thing other than Mobile 1 Synthetic. I also put Mobile 1 in the gearbox and diffs. The car has been washed every week and washed thoroughly underneath always especially in winter. The car has never been in a car wash, always washed by hand. Also polished at least once a month or more regular by hand, no acid rain or hard water spots. My RS has all factory options, A/C, Roof, CD, Prem. Sound, so on. Modifications include Eibach prokit, Stroumung SS Muffler, Cusco strut brace, WRX front brakes Slotted, Cusco 20mm rear bar, Short shift, 17” Hyper black EINKEs W/ Brigstones, spare wheels with RE92s and Spare Wheels with Dunlap snows. All in all a very nice car I hate to part with it but I am working for a manufacture now and get cars on one year lease for less than I used to pay on a 4 year lease. Manic as I am about cars I am hopefull car to go to good home.

STOLEN--H Prod Sprite
The night of 2/25/02 my trailer and race car were stolen from my residence in Rochester, MI. The trailer is a 24' US Cargo enclosed, white with no graphics or other distinguishing features. Wheels are white directionals and the front of the trailer may be very muddy if the thief has not washed it yet. The car is a 65 Austin-Healey Sprite, white with green and dark green stripes running along the bottom (like the old Group 44 cars). It was Peter Morton's old car, white with green striping on the lower part of the body, was #46, now it is #4. There are still some pics of it on his website at www.nobudgetracing. It now has black American Racing 4-spoke wheels on it. Still carrying FP on the sides, though it's actually an HP car. The identity # stamped on the roll cage is 075-9903.The police and I both think that the thief was only after the trailer and may have thought it contained landscaping equipment, so he may try to dispose of the car, possibly on ebay.
Everybody please keep your eyes open for it surfacing,I just bought it in November from Peter Morton, I suspect the people who stole my trailer had no idea what was inside, so who knows what they'll do with the car .Anybody who comes across anything vaguely resembling this car, please email me off-line.

electrical items, etc. Lybarger gearbox with 1.22 3rd (3 races since rebuild),
one "Chet the Jet" engine with 3 races (VERY strong power plant!) and one
Gracing Enterprises engine ( that has never even been in the car since rebuild),
The Gracing Engine has Veetech intake, the other is a mystery but is legal flows
better than any I've seen! 16-18 wheels with slicks and a functional set of
Goodyear rains. This is a very nicely prepared car! (Crew Chief used to build
World Rally cars and McLaren Indy engines). I also have a Single Axle open
trailer available if needed (rusty but trusty). This is everything you need for
a "turn key" racing season and spares to boot. $12,000 takes the lot! (and
anything else I can dig up for you including various specialized, one of a kind,
