Virginia Evelyn Adair was born on February 2, 1925 in Globe, Arizona. She was the fourth child born to Clements David Adair and Violet Helen Packer: Edgar Clements, Kenneth Adrian, Goldie Marie, Virginia Evelyn, John Taylor, Mavis June, Millie Louise, Guy William, Wanda Irene, Marjorie Velda, and Shirley Loree.

On February 23, 1940 she was married to Louis Marion Daniel, son of Joseph Marion Daniel and Martha June Bell. Louis and Virginia were the parents of four children: Dolan Dean, Louis David, Jack Duane, and Raymond Lee.

Virginia passed away on July 2, 1971 and is buried in Holbrook, Arizona.
