Adair Springs Cabin for Rent in Pinetop

The 672 square foot cabin has two bedrooms, one bath and sleeps up to five people. It is completely furnished. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. There is a wood burning fireplace and outdoor campfire pit to relax with when taking a break from all the activities the White Mountains has to offer. The cabin has a propane gas grill with a front and side deck. There is a storage shed in the back. The lot is completely fenced with ninety pine trees.

Pets and smoking inside are not allowed.

Amenities: Master Bedroom Queen Size Bed; Second Bedroom Day Bed with trundle; ceiling fans in bedrooms; new wood blinds throughout; washer and dryer; full kitchen refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils; Living Area: sofa, two televisions/DVD player. There are reading materials and board games. The cabin has baseboard electric heat. Trash pick up is every tuesday.

Activities and Attractions: Hiking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, Skiing, Sledding, Swimming, Golfing, Miniature Golf, Go-Carts, Casino, Cinema, Arcade, Shopping, and Restaurants are just some of the activities available in the Pinetop-Lakeside area.

Honda Casino with restaurant is five miles away.

Woodland Lake Park, in the heart of the town offers scenic walks, hiking trails, fishing, outdoor volleyball and picnic tables.

The Snowflake Temple is a forty five minute drive away.

Sunrise Ski Park is a forty five minute drive away.

The town of Pinetop-Lakeside has several festivals during the year including the Native American Art Festival in July, Bluegrass Music Festival in August, and Fall Festival Parade, Arts & Crafts, 10k run, and Car Show in September.

Shopping: Wal-Mart Supercenter, Lowes, and Home Depot are nine miles away. Safeway is three miles away. Eddie's Country store is just one and a half miles away.

Rates $100.00 per night, $525.00 per week (7 days), or $1500.00 per month throughout the year. By renting weekly guests are receiving a 25% discount. A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve cabin. The deposit is fully refundable within seven days of depature. Final payment is due five days before arrival. Please make payments in the form of cashiers check or personal check made payable to Adair Springs Investment, LLC. $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for each reservation.

Directions from Lakeside: Turn right onto Penrod Lane (next to Charlie Clark’s), Turn right onto Nadean Lane, Turn left on Wapiti Lane, Turn right onto Briarwood Lane, Turn left onto Gobbler Peak Lane, Turn right onto Shady Grove Lane, Turn left on Rim Road, Turn left on Sierra Pine Loop, End at second house on the left, 1712 E. Sierra Pine Loop.
