Folks have been requesting information on this one. It appeared in the June 1955 Flying Models. There is also a copy of the plan in one of those small booklets that F.M. turned out.   Mine didn't fly. Perhaps you can do better. It seems that it might produce a nice philosophical rule discussion on what constitutes "rubber powered". Paul sure could be counted on to produce interesting stuff.

Paul DelGgatto Jr. shows the proper way to hold a "Flying Ballooney" for launching. Use a long balloon, so it extends beyond the tail.

The plan suffers from a case of the the GIF/Netscape/Photodeluxe  Print Size Syndrome. Perhaps when all those science guys get through screwing around with cancer, they could look into this. In any case you have the dimensions of the wing span and the like and the note in the upper left explain that the formers are four times larger.

Save it or do a [view image] on the plan. Print it and enlarge it at Staples.Or find a copy of February 1990's Flying Models.
