Can QCSC DAS help me on idle controls? YES

This 84 LTD with 3.8L CFI is in 'park'. Notice the P/N is at 5.0 volts (pin#30). When we open the throttle the ITS on pin#20 closes. At this time ISC pin#21 gets 12v and ISC pin#41 grounds to extend the ISC motor. We now can see how it works and t he specs are an inherent part of the waveform.

Below we put the car in drive and we can see the ECA is energizing ISC pin#21 and grounding ISC#41 to extend the ISC motor. Naturally the ITS is open when in contact with the throttle.
