The QCSC DAS SYSTEM turns a PC into a high speed, 8 channel digital, storage and data acquisition system for diagnosing those tough to solve driveability complaints.
The QCSC DAS SYSTEM will:
1. MEASURE;
a. RPM
b. Frequency
c. Time period
d. Pulse width
e. Duty cycle/dwell
f. Degrees offset
g. AC and/or DC voltages
h. Timing advance on EST systems
i. Alternator ripple
j. Relative compression
k. Dynamic RPM fluctuation
2. SAMPLE and DISPLAY up to 8 channels simultaneously
3. Allow UNLIMITED STORAGE of recorded waveforms with history playback
4. Generate BAR GRAPHS with MIN/MAX HOLD for up to eight channels
5. TEST;
a. Coil primary and secondary (includes DIS)
b. Fuel injector driver circuits
c. VAF and MAF sensors
d. Zirconia and titania o2 sensors
e. MC solenoids
f. Knock sensors
g. Wheel speed sensors
h. Cam and crank sensors
i. Stepper motors
j. Position and temperature sensors
k. Data streams
6. Provide LOOP SAMPLING to find intermittents
7. Test the secondary (dwell, spark lines, firing voltages, coil oscillations, etc)
8. Generate and PRINT customer reports, waveforms, and data analysis reports.
