Design and implement tools and techniques to improve quality of support provided to customers. Provide technical advice and surveillance regarding security of Stratus internal computer systems. Provide mentoring, guidance and technical training to other support personnel in the Customer Assistance Center, including 24-hour on-call for critical situations.
