A "note" about high F#:

Yes there is indeed a high F# in the alto part of the Gm fugue.  I just couldn't find
a way to get out of it.  Here is a fingering that works beautifully on my Moeck Rottenburgh and it seems to work well on other instruments also.  Although it mayfeel a little tricky in a fast passage, it speaks easily and plays nicely in tune.

The thumb hole is fully closed because this brings the F# in tune.

The left hand middle finger can be open or closed.  Do whatever is best for you.

The middle finger of the right hand is half-holed because it forces the harmonic to speak.
