Shipping Limits:
My company ships all items domestically and internationally. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, you may email me your location. I will see what limits and shipping charges apply.

Customer Guarantee:
As sole proprietor of Dabney’s Etched Glass, I stand behind my work. If you are not satisfied with any product you may return for full refund. Personalized items are not refundable unless there is an error on my part. All items will be shipped in a timely manner.

Return Policy:
You have 10 days from the shipping date to return an item. I charge a 5% restocking fee. Return postage will have be paid by customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The shipping invoice must accompany all returns.

When an item is returned indicated the reason and if you would like an exchange or refund. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Your shipping invoice will indicate where you send your return.

Payment options:
My web site is not e-commerce enabled. I accept money orders and checks as payment. I can accept credit cards using Paypal.Checks submitted for payment will be held for 10 business days before merchandise can be shipped. Money orders must be in US Funds
