The actual pricing of translation depends on the text to be translated, the deadline, and our consideration. The price is based on a number of words, NOT pages. 

If the original is delivered to us as an electronic file in a word processing format, the cost is calculated based on the number of words in the original (source word count). Otherwise, we will use the number of words in the translated text (target word count). 

Please fill out our online request form.  You can also e-mail us and send us the actual text or a sample.  Make sure to indicate the nature of your text.  We will get back to you ASAP.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any estimates by phone because we need to see the actual text.

Based on your answers , we will send you a preliminary estimate for your project. We can usually get back to you within 24 hours (we are in the USA EST time zone).  There is no obligation and your inquiry will be kept strictly confidential.

The detailed quotation will be issued after we review the entire material you want to have translated, including your deadlines and output format required.  

Please note that we do not provide certified translations of personal documents to individuals.  This service is provided only to businesses/agencies.
