Hang in there, everyone - we're almost through the holiday food frenzy.  Once again, I've managed to eat my way through the season.  Ever mindful of my "waste-not want-not" upbringing (and remembering the starving children in China who would have LOVED to have had the opportunity to eat brussel sprouts), it is time to open the frig and deal with the turkey carcass and the other unidentified containers of food.  This year, let's go beyond boring Turkey Soup, and check out some other recipes.
