October 12, 2004Summer is over and beautiful Fall is once again here. In honor of the anniversary of Nichiren Daishonin's inscribing the Dai Gohonzon on October 12 and his passing (many years later) on October 13, I have updated the site with a new Gosho quote. This is one I've been wanting to post for several years now, ever since my despised father passed away and I've been able to give my disregarded mother several decent years of life. In the past two years since his passing, I have found compassion for both my parents. The new quote is one I'd always brushed off as old-fashioned, but once again I find the Daishonin's words, as always, are timely and true. As far as the site goes, I've cleaned up some of the bad links and am working toward a full revamp of the site away from the dreaded java applets and into the more universally compatible Flash. Don't worry--I'll continue to maintain the old site in its legacy format for all you technophobes!
