| NEW MEETING SITE: 1st Monday of Every Month, 7:00 PM, At the United
Way/Community Services Building (The Old Arvin-Meritor Plant) 1531 13th St,
Columbus, IN 47201. It's important to be there on time, as we have to
use a key card to get in the building, so at about 5 or 10 after nobody
will be able to let you in. If you are going to be late, please,
please, please call an officer and let them know! We want you there! |

| Well, not many updates recently. Still looking for a winter practice
site, though many of us are going over to Mynydd Seren. Others of us
though have to WORK!!!!! (grrrr....) |
| Sedric broke his leg. Sedric needs to remember a list field is not a
dojo, and the Yak-Fu stuff doesn't apply (Hi, Sedric! Did you
really think you'd escape mention?) |
| Yours Truly has been busy doing the herald thing. Attended the Fall
Symposium with Rametta, (Heck of an event.) Heralded 3 regency
courts. Heralded fall Crown where Sir Pieter van Doorn became the
Heir. |
| There will be a Fall Heraldic and Scibal Symposium in Millhousen. A
page will be put up ASAP. |
| At the latest Business meeting the Charter was passed! (Yay!) The

| We are still looking for a permanent Monthly Business meeting site.
Please contact an officer or check the shire mailing list for current
meeting dates, time, and places. September meeting is at Donner Park,
4:00 pm on Labor Day. We'll be in the SE corner, across the street
from the Graveyard; about 18th and Sycamore, in Columbus. |
| The preliminary Draft of the Shire Charter has been received by the
populace for comments. |
| Black Malcolm and Bloody Randy got their pictures in the paper on Monday
August 26th slugging it out the previous day at fighter practice. |
