Ordering Information

Minimum order is $10.00 net plus a minimum shipping and handling charges of $6.00. Tall bearded orders of over 6 rhizomes (12 for dwarfs and medians) need to add $.25 for each additional plant. (8 TBs or 14 SDBs = $6.50 ect.) On beardless iris, $.50 should be added for each additional plant over 4. Daylily, and hosta orders, $.50 should be added for each additional plant over 3. Full payment must be received with your order, you may use Visa or Master Card, expiration date and your signature must be included. Fax and email orders must use credit cards. Bearded iris are to be considered as separate orders from beardless iris and daylilies (these two may be combined), hostas can be added to either order at an additional shipping cost of $.75 per plant. Each order will be processed separately, shipping and handling charges must be assessed on each order. Credit cards will be charged at the time of shipment unless you request otherwise.

Canadian orders require a $19 shipping and handling fee and $2 documentation fee. Best method for overseas orders is to use your credit card or send your order without payment, we will bill you for the plants plus shipping plus a $2 documentation fee. Payment must be in U.S. funds, or credit card (no international money orders).

Cut off date for bearded iris orders is August 2, 2003 for and September 15, 2003 for beardless iris, daylilies, or hostas. Cut off date for spring shipped siberians and daylilies is April 12.

Shipping time for bearded iris will begin approximately July 8 (for MDBs and SDBs) and continue thru August 6. Beardless iris and daylilies will be shipped during late August thru September (daylilies and siberians can also be spring shipped. We reserve the right to refuse spring shipment of siberians that are in short supply). Hostas can be sent anytime. Our principal means of shipping is priority mail. If you have a preference to a specific shipping date please let us know and we will do our best to ship as close as possible to that date. Individuals ordering for your club, please let us know when your meeting is that you need the plants for so we can ship in ample time for your meeting.

Substitutions are made only with your permission, preferably from a wish list listed on your order. If you do not desire substitutions, refunds will be issued, please mark your forms. All plants are guaranteed to be true to name, disease free, and healthy upon receipt. If you find our plants not fulfilling your expectations please notify us immediately. Miller's Manor Gardens is State inspected annually and licensed by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Please remember we are growing in a midwest state, our plants are solid, not full of water.

Extras of our choosing are included with each iris and daylily order over $15. (Wish lists are very helpful.) For those who would rather not receive extras we continue to offer our discount of 30% on all bearded iris other than net items. Extras will be given on bearded iris at approximately 100%, on Siberians at approximately 50% and daylilies at 30%. Net items and hostas are not eligible for normal discounts, some Siberian iris and daylilies have quantity discounts. (See individual sections for discounts.)

Surprise packages will be available in any amount in excess of $15 on iris, daylilies, or hostas. When ordering surprise packages we need to know what type and price range you desire included. Yes we do club packages on bearded iris at 3 times the value, Siberian iris at approximately 2.5 times, and daylilies and hostas at approximately 2 times the value.

Wholesale quotes will be issued on request, minimum quantity per variety is 3. Shipping charges for wholesale will be a minimum of $12, balance over $12 will be billed after shipping. Again we are offering a few Siberians for wholesale, look for the varieties starting with * in the catalog. These are offered at 3-5 plants 30% off, 6-9 plants 40% off, and 10 or more of the same variety 50% off. (No extras on wholesale orders.) Look for discounts in the daylily section and an early discount on hostas in the hosta section.

Our garden is open to visitors. Iris bloom season starts with the MDBs in late April and concludes in late May, Siberian bloom ends in early June. Daylilies bloom the full month of July. Our garden is located at our plant nursery where we specialize in perennials and unusual shrubs and evergreens. The nursery is located approximately 11 miles north of I-465 (north side of Indianapolis), east off Hwy 37 approximately 2.7 miles on 191 ST. Someone is at the garden during business hours; however if you desire a personal guided tour, please phone 317-770-7678, (317-776-0323 after dark) before your arrival to insure that Lynda or Roger will be available.
