Native American Portrayals
A quarterly newsletter examining the material culture of Historic Eastern Native Amercians
The Eastern Frontier was founded to act as a resource and clearinghouse
for information on the material culture and lives of Eastern American Indians
during the 17th, 18th, & early 19th centuries. To fulfil this goal, we
publish a quarterly magazine/newsletter for our membership, Native American
Portrayals. In accordance with our purpose, the quarterly examines the
material culture of Eastern Natives during the 17th to 19th centuries and
often explores how to interpret this information to the public. Annual membership
in The Eastern Frontier, which includes the quarterly and a discount on the
cost of the conference and Eastern Frontier products, is $20.00. For additional
