Our on-line ordering system is provided by AT&T's PWP SecureBuy® Basic using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry-standard method for protecting web communications developed by Netscape Communications Corporation.

• Optional client authentication for a TCP/IP connection

On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

The Way We Use Your Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order on our site only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties. We may however, from time to time, use your address information to notify you of special offers or send you a catalog of new products from Critter Publications.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties.

We offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We use email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are never shared with outside parties. However, they may be used from time to time to notify you of special offers or information from Critter Publications which  we feel may be of interest to you.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of  children is especially important. For that reason, we at Critter Publications, do not collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.  In addition, every effort has been made to ensure that links to other sites on our Kid's Corner pages are suitable for children under 18.  If you have a question or concern regarding any of these links please contact us and let us know.
