The 2008
19th Annual WCBF Summer Week Event
We are delighted to announce that the 2008 WCBF event
will be WCBF will be hosted by Aichi
Prefecture, Japan from July 28th to August 5, 2008.
Cities include Nagoya, Ichinomiya, Toyota, and Tokai.
During the Annual Summer Week Event, July 28th to August 5,
2008, participants from 16
countries will attend, plus four countries for the International
Exchange Games. The children, boys and girls 10 to 11 years old,
will take part in Baseball
Clinics organized in association with the International
BAseball Federation (IBAF) and participate in intercultural
activities aimed at improving international understanding. The
emphasis is on learning and having fun, not competition.
