Try as race horse breeders may, they can't breed it any faster. You can only shuffle the genetic material that you have. You can't select genes that aren't there. It does not have the 80 mph genes a cheetah has. Evolution cannot proceed without new genetic material. The only source is mutations -- which are almost always bad.
