Tomato and mozzarella salad
A very simple salad, the great taste comes from using the very best ingredients you can get.
Everything should be at room temperature.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges cube the mozzarella. Drain the olives, slice into the tomato and cheese mixture. Add the onion and the chopped cilantro then toss.
Serve with a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mint, cilantro, salt and pepper
