Pesto Grilled Swordfish

Start grilling swordfish steaks over medium heat. Before turning them over spread a layer of pesto (click here for recipe) on the tops. Spread another layer on the cooked side. Turn them over again after a few minutes (the pesto will probably be dripping all over the coals and smoking like crazy, that's OK), and again after a few minutes. Cook to the desired doneness.

Remember to use a low flame or you will ruin them.
