If you grew up someplace where you had snow in the winter you always loved getting out there first thing in the morning just as soon as you heard that School was cancelled to build a giant snowman with the other kids in the neighborhood. This page is for all the little kids out there keeping that dream alive. Click on any of the images to get a larger picture. All pictures were either taken in the Norwalk CT area (including Darien, Westport, Stamford, New Canaan), places we visited, or submitted by people who stumbled upon this page. Sometimes the results are better then other times, but that's how it goes.

Snow that is good for making snow is very rare in this area, some seasons we were lucky to have two back to back storms that produces wet snow that wasn't washed away with rain that evening.
