Scallop and Shrimp Kabobs (A Martha Stewart recipe)
Marinate the shrimp in grapefruit juice, cilantro, and a splash of safflower oil for 1/2 hour.
Marinate the scallops in orange juice, mint, and a splash of the oil for 1/2 hour.
Alternate the shrimp and sea scallops on skewers (if using bamboo ones soak in water so they don't burn) keeping an eye on whats left so you don’t end up with a bowl of scallops and no more shrimp).
Broil three minutes on one side (two minutes if you have a broiler that works well, three if you have ours), brush with the combined juices, turn over and repeat until cooked, about another three to five minutes.
