This rose is supposed to be a Helmut Schmidt from Edmunds. It came as a bare root rose, with the correct tag on it, the tag for a Helmut Schmidt.
The only problem is that Helmut Schmidt is a yellow rose, which obviously this rose is not. Whatever it is it is beautiful, even if no the yellow we were hoping for.
This was the only time I've gotten a rose mislabeled via mail order, but there are still a couple that came in with that order that haven't bloomed yet.
