Fruit Salad

 

Watermelon

Peaches

Nectarines

Mango

Cherries

Grapes

Kiwi

Blueberries

Pineapple

Honeydew and Cantaloupe

Red and Green Grapes

 

Chop all the fruit up (or run amuck with a melon baller)

Mix it all together

For the leftovers:

Split whatever is leftover into two portions.

Puree one half of it in a blender, put it in a saucepan

Add the rest of the fruit.

 

Slowly bring it to a simmer, and simmer it very slowly until it starts to thicken.

Freeze it and use it on pancakes, ice cream, cakes, etc.
