This Jackson and Perkins Dolly Parton was picked up in June at a nursery that had marked down all of it's roses because it was the end of the season. The plant looked like it had all the blooms we could expect to see this year, it was bought for next season.
After a couple of weeks of no growth, the plant started producing beautiful and vibrant red-orange perfect blooms.
The plant grew to be 45 inches tall, and has been a steady producer of roses with 8" stems all summer, flowering once or twice a week.
