Daiquiri Pie
(Taken from a Baccardi Recipe book)
Mix the pudding, jello, sugar, add 1/2 cup water and two eggs, mix, then add in the rest of the water. Cook over low heat until it comes to a full boil, remove from heat and add the rum. Let it cool for two hours, then add the cool whip and put in the pie crust. Chill until set.
