Black Magic

A very deep red velvet rose, this one loves to grow on straight long stems early in the season.

The petal edges appear to be trimmed in black as it starts to open.  The rose is scented, has yet to be affected by aphids or blackspot, and repeats for me fairly quickly.

It was a good addition to the garden.
