Billy Graham

A most beautiful flower, the Billy Graham gives flowers of the softest pink color you could imagine. The flowers open into a perfect classic rose shape.. The plant grew well, and never suffered from any of the fungus or bugs that attacked some of the other plants in the garden. It grows to 29" tall, and about 32" wide.
In it's first year the plant seemed to be on a monthly flowering schedule. We had flowers at the end of June, again the first three days of August, and again in early September. The plant didn't survive it's first winter, but in 2000 I purchased another one to give it a second chance. That plant didn't make it past it's second winter (but 2002 destroyed most of the garden), so I replaced it yet again. The third one didn't even grow at all, so maybe it's time to give up with this beautiful rose, just not meant for my area.
