Apple Pie

 

 

Melt the butter and sugar in a fry pan or skillet, cook the sliced apples until they are about 1/2 way cooked. Flame the brandy, pour over the apples. Put the bread crumbs in the bottom of the pie shell, layer apples, flour mix. Add the rest of the syrup from the apples. Cover with your favorite crust, bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
