What the heck are we doing here? Beats me! Learning to write HTML, among other things. Please don't expect dazzling graphics, dancing babies, singing dogs, or nekkid pictures. This site is low-tech, low-key, brown-shoe, and semi-down-home, as befits a Georgia boy. What's our point? I don't know that we have a point. We're not selling herbal remedies, household products, real estate, or religion. I do hope that a few like-minded or sympathetic souls will find their way here and take heart therefrom. My friends already know I'm crazy, but they're welcome to browse, too.
Most of this "barbaric yawp" is phrased from my perspective, but Rachel will probably add her thoughts as the need arises.

We have another site!
Thanks to Charlie Morgan for inspiring this background. Now I may have to remove the above modest disclaimer about "dazzling graphics."
Background is the Physiographic Map of Georgia, 1976, by William Z. Clark, Jr. and Arnold C. Zisa, obtainable from Georgia Geologic Survey.
