Fun: Looks like it has potential, I didn't have my skaters with me and there was no one using the park to ask how skate-able the park really is.
Helmets: Recommended but not required.

Questions/Contacts: Woodburn Parks and Rec Ph:503.982.5264. Webpage: http://www.ci.woodburn.or.us/parks/skate_park.html
Nearest Skateboard Shops: None in Woodburn?
Hospital/ER:__
Misc: Looks skate-able, and well worth a visit to decide for yourself. A typical Purkis Rose designed park, personally I am not a fan of Purkis Rose parks. My crew and I stick with the true quality of Dreamland Skateboard Parks., Grindline and Airspeed parks. Permanant but seasonal restrooms (porta potty brought in for the winter), no drinking fountain, no payphone. There is a nice playground nearby and nice picnic shelters to use.
