Bend Indoor?
I still need to research this facility but my connections in Bend say it exists. Maybe call the Bend Visitor & Convention Bureau 541-382-8048, see what they can tell ya?
Burnside
Located in Portland (duh). Only if it hasn't been raining hard, the rain does blow in under the overpass, making Burnside unskate-able in truly rainy weather.
Clatskanie
Should stay nice and dry, sheltered by that big "conastoga wagon" cover.
Corvallis
Not sure if this stays completely dry in the rain or not, being under an overpass, seems like it should.
DOS
(The Department of Skateboarding.) Located in Portland, this is a pay-to-skate business. The link here is to their website, I don't have a page up for them yet.
Lincoln City 2
You gotta skate this park, rain or shine!
Nehalem
Again, not sure how dry this park stays, the rain might blow in under the covering.
Cascade Sports
Cascade Sports in Sandy has a tarp protected ramp in their back parking lot.
Troutdale Indoor
Another pay-to-skate facility.

Skating tips to survive the Oregon rainy season:
1.) Build a "rain board," a set-up comprised of old parts, and keep skating. (Mainly for street skating, concrete parks are slick as snot and unskateable in the rain-duh.)
2.) Become an "off season" resident of Lincoln City and skate Lincoln City's new amazing and COVERED skatepark.
3.) Find a garage, drag in some ramps, and wear a helmet to avoid splitting your skull open on the low rafters.
4.) Keep a broom, squeegie and rags in the car to clean-up remaining puddles at your favorite parks.
5.) Pop a skatevideo in the machine, dust off your finger boards, grab a drink and say "WEEEEEEEE." (Throw in a couple of finger bikes, so you have something to swear at and crush with a hammer.) "WEEEEEEEE" again.
6.) Check out my list to the left and find a sheltered spot to skate.
7.) Scrounge the ditches for bottles and cans than hit a spendy indoor skatepark like The Department of Skateboarding (best off going to the late session, costs less and less grommies), or Troutdale's new indoor park. I think Bend has a new indoor park too?
