Chimera Laboratories is a “One Person” business and it will stay that way. I like one on one contact. It helps me understand what the customer’s needs are and the customer receives the best advice I can offer. This means the amount of time I spend on communication must be limited. Products need to be developed and built. Orders need to be packaged and shipped. Everything gets my personal attention.

The best way to contact me is via e-mail. I will usually respond to your e-mail within 24 hours, 48 hours when e-mail inquiries are high. E-mails can get lost in the “ether”, if you do not hear from me in two days, please re-send you e-mail.

It is very hard to reach me by phone. 95% of the time you will hit a busy signal or the message machine. My problem is that I love to talk audio over the phone. A phone call that should only take 5 minutes ends up taking an hour. As much as I love to talk about Audio and Music, I realized that phone calls were impacting my customers because I wasn’t getting anything done. Now, I let the machine handle incoming calls. If you do call, in addition to leaving your name and number, tell me what you need. That way I can have the information ready when I return your call.
