Council Activities

As a rule activities grouped into four general categories; Church, Community, Council, Family and Youth. Our council typically far exceeds the State Council’s suggested four events in each category to achieve the Columbian Award.

Suggested Church Activities – vocations, parish round table, parochial services, Christ in Christmas, etc…

Suggested Community Activities – pre-life, decency, health services, ecology, poverty, aged, etc…

Suggested Council Activities – public relations, fraternal recognition, blood donors, athletics, socials, etc…

Suggested Family Activities – widows/orphans, memorials, Family of the Month/Year, recreation, etc…

Suggested Youth Activities – Columbian Squires, CYO, scholarships, Scouting, Big Brothers/Sisters, etc…

Council Activities
As a vibrant Council, there is always something going on. Most of the events that we run are aimed at helping children with Special Needs. But we don't stop there...we provide opportunities to strengthen your Faith as well as your friendship with other Catholic Gentlemen.

Family First
Of course we like to involve our families in just about everything that we do. What a feeling to see your young children learning about their responsibilities to Charity. But after the work is done, we like to have some fun too. Our Family Outing is a great time for young and old.
