IT was almost 7:30. Doc looked at his watch and said "Damn! Where is that girl?"
"Now Emmett", said Clara, "you know how strangely Jennifer's been acting lately."
"I know that, Clara!" said Doc, "But that doesn't excuse her for being almost late. If only Marty just convinced her that her trip to the future was only a dream." He looked at his watch and once again he said "Damn, Damn."
"You've got to stop blaming yourself and Marty, Emmett." said Clara, "When you came from 2015, you didn't expect her to be with him."
Doc ignored her looking at his watch and saying "Damn, damn, damn."
Then the door bell rang.
Jules answered it and said "Jennifer!"
Doc turned to see her and said "You're late! Do you have no concept of time?"
Jennifer entered with a box in her hands and something rolled up in her arms.
"I had to get something from home to bring with me." she said.
"That better not be a game in that box." said Clara, "The boys have homework to do. And it's also their bath night."
"Aw mom!" said Jules.
Jennifer turned to Doc and asked "Doc what did you want me to help you with tonight."
"Help me?" asked Doc, "No, no, no. I want you to babysit Jules and Verne tonight. You see, me and Clara are going to see a movie tonight and I want someone looking after our boys."
He went to the closet to get Clara's coat and put it on her saying to Jennifer "With Marty away you're the only one I could turn too."
" I see." said Jennifer.
"Jennifer." asked Clara, "What is in that box."
"It's one of mom's old clothes." she answered.
She opened it up and showed it the everyone.
"Great Scott!" exclaimed Doc, "Is that one of those 'mod' outfit from the sixties?"
"It is." said Jennifer.
"'Mod' outfits?" asked Clara.
Doc turned to Clara and said "It's one of those funny outfits that was in vogue during the sixties. Sort of futuristic. Shocked both parents and teachers during that decade just like the Flapper outfits of the twenties. Outfits like the one Jennifer has will come back into style during the mid 2020's."
"Oh I see." said Clara.
"And what's this?" asked Doc looking at the roll Jennifer had under her arms.
Jennifer unrolled it. It was a poster. "It's the promotional poster from the Beatles final concert ever." she said
"Jennifer." asked Doc, "Isn't that the same concert that your parents saw when they honeymooned in San Francisco?"
"Yes." said Jennifer.
"I see." said Doc, "And you want to go back into time to see your parents on their honeymoon and attend the last Beatles last concert."
"That's right." said Jennifer.
"And you're asking me if you want to borrow one of my time machines to go back there."
Jennifer nodded affirmitively.
"Jennifer", said Doc straightening up, "That is absolutly, unmistakenly, and totally...out of the question!"
Jennifer felt her heart drop.
"The answer is no, Jennifer." Doc went onto say.
"But Doctor Brown..." said Jennifer but Doc continued his explanation.
"If you go back into time to encounter your parents", he said, "You could cause an early break-up of their marriage. And if that occurs, they won't be able to conceive you and you would cease to exist. Plus there's the possibility of interacting with people in that era altering future events, and become a threat to the universe as we know it." Jennifer had a disappointed look on her face as Doc went on to say "I'm sorry, Jennifer. But the answer is 'no'. And that's the end of it."
"I understand." said Jennifer somberly.
Doc picked up his coat and said "We'll be on our way home as soon as the movie is out and I expect the boys in bed by then. Make sure they do their homework, give them a bath, and tuck them in for us. Oh, no television until they're done. And if you see them with anything that is not yet in existance, confiscate it and return it to the lab. But no matter what, stay away from the time machines. Your trip to the 1960's is out!"
"Okay, Doctor Brown." said Jennifer, "See you later."
"Keep them out of trouble, Jennifer", said Clara, "and see you later." She turned to the boys and said "Now boys, be good to Jennifer while we're out."
"Yes ma'am" the boys said.
At that, Doc and Clara left for a night out.

Jennifer took the liberty of the boys not being able to watch TV until there homework was done by watching Family Ties.
It wasn't easy though.
One point Verne came out and asked "Is that Marty on TV?"
"No." said Jennifer, "That's Michael J. Fox and finish your homework."
Then came the bath.
As they were taking their clothes off, Jennifer noticed a strange looking transistor radio.
"What's this?" she asked.
"It's a Watchman" said Jules.
"I never heard of it." said Jennifer.
She flicked a switch on it and a picture appeared. It was a minituare looking television.
"Where did you get this?" she asked.
"Dad got at store next year." said Verne.
"Verne." said Jules.
Jennifer heard enough. She remembered what Doc said If you see them with anything that is not yet in existance, confiscate it and return it to the lab. "I'm sorry, boys." she said, "You heard what your father said."
At that, she took it back to the lab with her.

In the theatre, Doc and Clara sat down to see the movie 48 hours.
"Emmett", said Clara, "How about buying popcorn?"
"Okay Clara" said Doc.
He got up and went out to the lobby. There he ordered popcorn then reached in his pocket for his wallet. His keys were there.
Then he thought to himself Did I remember to take the keys to all three time machines with me?
He took out his keys to inspect them. There were the keys to his house, the keys to the car, the keys to the limousine, the keys to the train...the keys to the DeLorean was missing!
Great Scott! said Doc to himself, I forgot to take the keys of the DeLorean with me!
He went back to his wife Clara and said "Clara! We've go to go home!"
"Why?" said Clara, "What's wrong?"
"I've left the keys to the DeLorean in the lab." said Doc, "And I've didn't get around to putting away the video tape of the first temporal experiment at the mall, or the instructions to loading the fusion generators. If Jennifer gets a hold of those, she'll follow the instructions and go back in time and possibly alter everything in the past. And that would be the end of the universe as we know it."
The two started to get up and leave but was blocked by a huge fat man. He looked at the two and said "Do you have a problem?"
So they tried going out the other way, but was blocked by a fat woman who said "Will you please sit down and watch the movie."
At that, Doc and Clara realized that they were trapped there and there would be they can do to get home in time and stop Jennifer. Nothing!

Jennifer entered the lab, and there was Einstein.
"Hi Einstein." she said petting the dog, "Where does Doc keep things like this."
She showed him the Watchman. As she did, something caught the corner of her eye. She went over to where the object was and picked it up. They were a set of keys with the words "DMC" attached to them.
They were the keys to the DeLorean.
