MARTY finally got the car into the lab. And then, he and Jennifer got out. There was Doc and Clara.
Doc turned to Clara and said "Clara, take Jennifer into the bathroom and help her change her clothes."
Clara complied.
When the two left, Doc turned to Marty and asked "Marty, why did you do it?"
"Doc." said Marty, "You know why. I love Jennifer."
"Didn't you see what would've happened?" asked Doc.
"Doc", said Marty, "that's alright, I never let Jennifer near her parents, not even once."
"That's not the point." said Doc, "You took all the jars of poison with you so when you sent me back to the future, I couldn't come back to stop you. You did not take into account the possibility that Biff would be there as well as your father." Doc sat Marty down. "The very reason that I invented the time machine is observe the progress of man, where we were, where we are, and where we will be. The pitfalls, the successes, and the universal question, 'Why?'" he said, "It's not meant for personal reasons or to fulfill an obsession, like Jennifer's."
Marty paused for a moment, then said "You're the doc, Doc."
Clara returned with Jennifer. Jennifer started to look a lot better, but still shook up over her ordeal. She had also changed back into her old clothes and had put her mother's outfit back into the box. Doc had her sat down too so he could talk to both of them.
"I hope you understand that what you two did tonight was wrong." he said, "Jennifer, I called you over here to babysit Jules and Verne. I also gave you specific instructions not to go back into time for any unauthorized reason. What you almost did could've been disastrous. You not only almost endangered the universe by trying to meet your parents of back then, but almost informed my 1966 self about your going back without my permission. It my 1966 self learned that you did this without my permission, the results would've been disastrous. Fortunately, my other self refused to hear anything about your act. In addition, not only did you shirk your duty to Jules and Verne but allowed yourself to be made a fool of by the boys and putting them into undo danger by the stunt you pulled."
He turned to Marty saying "Marty, the plan was to take Jennifer back to the future with us and keep her from going to that concert. Instead, you decided to follow her conscience and yours and go to that concert risking everything. Well, I hope you two learned something from this ordeal and learned that time traveling is not a toy, and the DeLorean is not meant for joyriding to any time period. Now, I want you two to go home right now."
"Emmett." said Clara, "I don't think Jennifer should drive. She still looks upset."
"You're right, Clara." said Doc, "Marty, take Jennifer's car and drive her home. I'll follow you so when we drop her off, I'll take you back to your truck."
"Got it, Doc." said Marty.
Moments later the three left.

The two cars pulled up to the Parker residence. Marty helped Jennifer out of her car and escorted her up to the porch. Doc remained behind in his car. On the porch the two paused by the porch swing and decided to sit down. Marty spoke up.
"Geez," he said, "weeks ago, me and Doc left you on this same porch without realizing what old Biff did, and tonight-or should I say 19 years ago-I put you into danger again."
"I know." said Jennifer.
"Jennifer." said Marty, "I've gotta clear this up with your old man."
"Marty." said Jennifer, "Don't. You'll just get into further trouble." She got up and went to the front door saying "I'll be alright."
Marty followed and put his arms around her saying "See you in the morning."
"Okay." said Jennifer, "Good night."
They both kissed. Then, Jennifer produced a key from her purse, unlocked the door, opened it, and went in. When the door closed, Marty turned and went to Doc's car, got in and left.

Marty learned that Jennifer's family refused to let him pick her up, and that her father was going to drive her there instead. So Marty drove the truck by himself to school. When he met her, Jennifer was sneezing all day, thanks to the cold night at Candlestick Park in 1966.
How could they build a ballpark on a site like that? asked Marty to himself, What the hell were they thinking about?
It was the end of the day and Marty stood by as Jennifer picked up her belongings from her locker. There was one thing now, Jennifer had finally came to her senses after what she put everybody through as well as herself.
"Jennifer", said Marty, "Want me to take you home."
"No thanks", said Jennifer, "Dad's coming to pick me up..."
She sneezed again.
"Geez Jennifer, " said Marty, "I hope you're not coming down with a cold."
"I hope not either." said Jennifer.
Then another voice was heard.
"Hey, Big M. It's good to see you again. How's it hanging McFly?"
The two turned to see who it was. It was Needles.
"Hey Needles." said Marty. Needles looked in to Jennifer's locker then her belongings. "What's this, Parker?" asked Needles, "No Beatles this time? Strickland must've straightened you out yesterday."
Jennifer turned to Needles and said "Listen, Needles. It's none of you're bu.....ahh....ahhh...chooo!"
She sneezed all over Needles.
"Yuck!" said Needles. Marty laugh.
Then another voice was heard.
"It seems to me that our little talk didn't straighten you out yesterday."
The three turned around to see who it was. It was Mr. Strickland.
"I'm sorry Parker, you've just got a weeks detention." he went onto say.
"Mr. Strickland." said Jennifer.
But she sneezed again. This time all over Strickland.
Strickland wiped himself off and said "Two weeks."
Jennifer sighed.
Then Marty said "It's not that bad, Jennifer. I got detention so many times, I got used to it. So will you."
Jennifer smiled and said "See you tomorrow."
"Okay, Jen." said Marty.
Jennifer left with Mr. Strickland.
Then Needles asked "What about me, McFly?"
"Use your imagination." said Marty, "If you got one."
At that Marty left.
