Her experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer for Cubedex in Cambridge, Massachusetts, codesigning an interactive knowledge system, as a research consultant to the World Bank, the Brookings Institution, and the Smithsonian. Ms. Newbrough holds and M.A. from San Francisco State University and a B.A. from Louisiana State University. Her essays and creative works have been published in various journals and anthologies.
