1. I will perform a Competitive Market Analysis on your home to help determine the best possible sales price and estimated market time.

2. Your home will appear the first week of each month in The News Sentinel’s Home Market Magazine having a distribution of over 45,000 copies in the Greater Knoxville and East Tennessee area.

3. Your home will appear the second week each month in the Knoxville Home Tour Magazine with distribution in magazine racks, real estate offices, and stores across East Tennessee.

4. Your home will be advertised the third and fourth week each month in the Sunday Knoxville News Sentinel.

5. Your home will be advertised on the Internet via a virtual home tour on our RE/MAX World Wide Web Home Page, exposing your property to millions of potential buyers. Just being on the internet is not enough if people cannot find your home. Having your property on a site that does not score high on major search engines is like having a store in the middle of the forest with no roads and no signs. Our corporate web site at www.remax-knoxville-tn.com and my personal pages at http://cday.home.att.net , www.knoxvillehomesonline.com and www.carson-day.com are found in the top 10 or 20 web page listings on most major internet search engines.

6. Low tech yard signs continue to be one of the most effective marketing tools for generating local interest. RE/MAX yard signs are larger and more colorful than most. Over 90% of our local inquiries come from yard signs!

7. An information box will be on your yard sign containing brochures with photos and enough information about the outstanding features of your home to motivate prospective buyers to schedule a showing.

8. Your home will be listed in the Multiple Listing Service computer giving your home exposure to over 3000 licensed Real Estate agents in Knoxville and surrounding counties.

9. I will follow up with other agents who show your home, getting their feedback and providing you with updated status.

10. At closing on your home a portion of my commission will be donated to the Children’s Miracle Network in support of Children’s Hospital in Knoxville.
