While pursuing her master's degree in storytelling, Catherine was an editor and contributor to Storytelling World Magazine. The issue devoted to Master Teller Kathryn Wyndom and the subject of "Ghost Stories" offer some of Catherine's best work.

Catherine helped to write, direct, and perform in the Halloween Storytelling Festivals in 1998 and 1999, performing for over 9,000 elementary school children each year!
