This additive process does not use any tools and therefore small, complex parts are possible. This can be a redesign of an assembly into a single part or a complex shape with negative draft angles. Typical sizes are around 10-20 mm or a weight of about 8 grams. The process has a resolution of 35 microns and the surface finish is typically around 4 microns (Ra).
