We are a publishing and consulting company and don't provide services ourselves.
However, the short answer to your question is "no." You'll need a 3D CAD model to
produce a prototype. Many service bureaus would be able to take your concept and photos as
a starting point, but be prepared to pay substantial bucks. Look at the directory on our
site and give a couple of the companies near you a call.
