If you need highly detailed color relief maps in small quantities I'd recommend you speak
with service bureaus in the UK that use 3DP technology from Z Corp. If none of those
companies seem to be familiar with the process, contact Z Corp. directly and ask for a
list of their customers that might be able to provide GIS mapping services. Other
technologies can also be used, but Z Corp. has made a specialty of this.
