12. You can also include a 50 word description of the event for inclusion with your listing.

If you have a reasonably small brochure, call for papers, etc., in .pdf, .doc or other common formats, we are usually pleased to provide space for readers to download it directly from our site. "Reasonably small" is undefined and depends on the space we have available, and our mood, but we would prefer to keep things below a few hundred Kilobytes.
