A Holiday Medley of Carols is playing.

Well-it's 3 days after Christmas
And all through the house
Everybody is wondering
"How do I work the mouse?"

Mom figured out how to set up the checkbook
While Dad figured out how to use a cookbook!
Suzy is using the new computer for a slideshow
While Joey is whizzing around third base like a pro!

But the lament can be heard
All day and all night
"Why won't this mouse
Work like the one at "their house?"

Seems as though to tech support they had put in a call
But things as they are-busy and all
Never were connected to put through this query
So now of computers,they sure are leery!

Then on this fine day,3 after Christmas,
The phone finally rings and it's XYZ Company...

It seems as though,after a short talk,
They find out what was what they thought a tail
Must be plugged into the puter
And not wrapped round a nail!

So the moral of this story composed of by me
Is make sure you read and follow the setup directory!

Well-as the poem states and the date confirms,it IS 3 days after Christmas. By now,I'm sure that you have "most" of the wrapping paper cleared up and some of the pine needles are still on the tree! The house is all yours for now-the kids are visiting friends or relatives. The "other half" is puttering or back to work.

And, you ARE lucky,"they" didn't find that one tin of cookies that you hid,just for yourself-you know the ones-those Nutballs that just melt in your mouth. No-wait-it's the Chocolate Chip ones made from the reciepe on the wrapper of the chips...No-it's those peanut butter/chocolate chips that you pop in the microwave for 20 seconds before you eat them,so they have the "just from the oven" taste!
So-go ahead and make that fresh pot of gourmet coffee-maybe the Amaretto flavored one,or the Starbucks regular,but oh-so-good,one...Turn on the stereo with the Manheim Steamroller Christmas tape in and INDULGE in yourself!
