UPS uses their own discretion whether or not to leave packages at your home if you are unavailable to accept your delivery. UPS WILL NOT leave packages if you live in an apartment, condo, etc. It is important that someone be present when the package arrives at the delivery address. Case's Pork Roll Store will not be responsible for any spoilage of pork roll if no one is available to accept your delivery when the first delivery attempt is made!!
UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES. Please give a actual street address for your shipping information.
When you enter your order on the Case's Pork Roll Store Shopping Cart, choose your shipping method in the drop-down menu. All shipping charges include handling costs (insulated materials) during the months of March--June and September. Since pork roll is considered a perishable item, please choose the shipping method that is recommended by Case's Pork Roll Store listed on our Price List Page to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Case's Pork Roll Store will also send an e-mail confirmation indicating when your package will be shipped. Please be sure that you do not have a block on your e-mail account to prevent incoming e-mails from Case's Pork Roll Store. If you have a block on your e-mail, you will not receive any shipping information from us.
Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.

During the month of June (and some locations during September), all orders will be shipped frozen, but may not arrive frozen. We do not recommend re-freezing pork roll. If you do not want your order shipped frozen, choose overnight delivery. When you click on our Ordering Page, we recommend choosing either UPS Overnight or USPS Express Mail during Checkout for shipping non-frozen orders.
