Our family calls it the "Fritz burger", named after a member of our family.

Case's Best NJ Pork Roll Sandwich Cut a fresh Kaiser roll in half and lightly butter both sides. Fry two Case's Pork Roll slices in a fry pan to desired doneness. In another fry pan, scramble two eggs in butter. Put one piece of cooked pork roll on the freshly buttered Kaiser roll bottom, top with a piece of American cheese, top the cheese with the second slice of pork roll (this will melt the cheese). Spoon the scrambled eggs on the Case's Pork Roll and top with the buttered top of the Kaiser roll. Recipe from S. Mauer Lynch, Merchantville, NJ
G. Perrine from Orange Park, FL suggests substituting pork roll for ham in a chef's salad or bacon in a turkey cob salad. For a great breakfast, cut up pork roll and potatoes and fry until desired tenderness. Add sweet onion and/or bell pepper and dash of crushed red pepper, continue cooking until done. Remove mixture from pan and add pat of butter and eggs to make omelet. Once omelet is close to done, cover with mixture, cheese and some ketchup. Fold and finish cooking. A meal fit for a king.
