Case's Pork Roll is a favorite meat product from New Jersey.  It is available in four sizes, 1.5 lb. bag, 3 lb. bag, 6 lb. bag and a 9 lb. box of pre-sliced pork roll (approximately 96 1/4 inch thick slices in a box, mild or tangy version).  Our pork roll is packaged in vacuum-sealed bags to preserve its great hickory-smoked flavor. So, what is it that has created the interest and demand for the pork products from this small, privately held company?  Although some would point to some mental images that stands for quality or taste, it's probably best expressed in terms of family tradition and longevity (since 1870), and a reputation that borders on legend.  Case's Pork Roll has been so good for so long that one would almost think George Washington Case seasoned his first batch smoked with wood from George Washington's cherry tree.  His consistently high caliber and hickory seasoning has endured for over 139 years!  For information about the Case Family, click here.

Case's Pork Roll is considered a perishable item, however, not as perishable as other meat products because it is hickory smoked and vacuumed sealed.  During the months of March--September, we ship all orders in insulated materials.  During the month of June and in some locations in September, our pork roll is shipped frozen.  For more information, see our UPS/USPS Shipping Information page.
