CARRS - what is it?

CARRS has evolved from the mind of its Creator, Bill Schauder. After years of involvement with computers, I computer-scored my first Race in 1981. It was a success - so much so that a number of Race Directors requested my services. Since writing a Scoring Program for the Apple II computer (anyone remember them?), I have been doing just that ever since. Now using PC's, I score 60-70 Events a year, mostly in SE WI, but also in Central and Northern WI, as well as Illinois. Have Van, Will Travel.
